Momma Don’t Let Your Babies Grow Up to Be Trannies!

January 31, 2007 ·

The right wing blogs are a fire with the story of a german 12 year old that is transitioning from male to female.

Here is a sample:

“This is wrong. A boy decides he is a girl–a boy–and psychiatrists and doctors agree to get on with the hormones before he has even had a chance to experience puberty and perhaps come to different conclusions.”– SecondHand Smoke

“This is just sad. I doubt the boy is truly happy.”Right Point of View

He knew from the age of two that he wanted to be a girl? I’m sorry I just don’t believe it. It sounds like to me as though this family turned their boy into a girl. They saw him as a girl and thus he fit into that role. I understand that there is a great deal that I don’t know about this situation, but I do know that no matter what, it is just plain wrong!Words of Wit and Wisdom

“What are these people thinking? This should not be a consideration at his age; we don’t even let children this age get drivers licenses; Marry or drink alcohol. But its ok to cut of body parts and remold them to something else?

I play baseball and played with trucks when I was young; Thankfully my parents didn’t confuse that with my wanting to be a boy.

We don’t know what would have become of this child in the coming years. But, since the surgery is happening at such a young age, He will never have the chance to change his mind. What is the hurry?

The parents are doing a great disservice to there child. Where are the authorities in this matter? Is this now a standard practice like getting braces? Where is the outrage?”Conservative Thoughts

And then a ton of comments over at Free

“Threatening self mutilation at four years old. Obviously a mentally disturbed child. Instead of getting him treatment they encouraged it by calling him ‘Kim’. This is sick.”

“I wonder if he doesn’t already have a metabolism/hormone imbalance that could lead him to feel he should be a girl, because of his positive responses and likeness to “girl like” lifestyles. “Probably they should give him small doses of male hormones instead of hormone replacements to encourage a female metabolism. Once he feels the testosterone and male hormones surging through his system… will be a matter of months before he starts to feel like a young boy. Just a thought”

“Cripes – 12 years old! A 4-year-old threatens to do ANYthing and the parents give in to that? No wonder the poor lad is messed up. I’ll bet the father is a weak and shallow man, and the mother rules the nest around there. Disgusting.”

“I think Adam Corrolla put it best when he said ‘if your son asks for a Barbie Doll for Christmas, give him a bb gun and a bible.'”

You’ll notice that there isn’t ONE gender expert among any of these bloggers. Yet, they obviously know of a better treatment plan THAN THE DOCTORS TREATING THE CHILD!

Concerned American Woman, Matt Barber explains:

“Rather than addressing the emotional or chemical problems responsible for Tim’s gender confusion, his parents and doctors have bought into the homosexual lobby’s PC puffery hook, line and sinker. They’re about to rob him of his ability to father a child, and render him horribly disfigured and further confused. It’s not just a tragedy. It’s a travesty.”

So, it’s a plot hatched by the homosexual lobby? Apparently, Matt Barber is not only a concerned woman, but also a gender therapist, and a conspiracy theorist as well!

The reality is Christian evangelicals don’t want expert testimony. These are the same folks that don’t believe in carbon dating, but do believe the earth was created in 7 literal days. There is no debate, because faith is the basis for their argument. They make science up to fill the void, filtering their question through the bible and then, SURPRISE, a biblical answer!

Porno Pete” LaBarbera, asks us to “pray for this child to change his mind and stop this procedure before it is too late!” My hope is that this child finds the peace that I had to wait 30 years to find.
