So Twelve Was Too Many?

Five weeks and none of the trans-exterminationists or their defenders have the courage to address the realities of trans law.

Not surprising, really.

We all know that bullies in general are cowards.

And Brennan in particular has a long track record of not being able to handle reality-based criticism of what her over-privilege has allowed her to pass off as legal analysis.  As for the kool-aid drinkers, well…

I hope it was yummy.

But, on the off chance that answering twelve questions was just too daunting of a task, lets try just one, shall we?  It has two parts, but its essentially just one question.

Ready?

Here goes…

Should this person have been allowed to volunteer as a rape crisis counselor at rape relief center that only allows women to be rape crisis counselors?  Should this person be allowed to use women’s restrooms?

Oh My God no…this should never be allowed! even though this woman presents, and lives a female life…well she has a male bodied beginning, and we just can’t allow it, and ya know all of this science, and recent findings that support the notion that these people are born this way, say with a female brain and a male body is just well un-christian, and un feminist, and we just absolutely have to deny the reality to support our inflated ego’s, and delusions thereof ! Snark!

Um, this woman is Trans isn’t she? I  am having difficulty telling any difference!

Sorry that is 1 women’s space that trans women especially pre-ops shouldn’t be allowed. Sorry but reality based thinking wins out on this one.

She’s post-op – and, at all times relevant to her litigation against Vancouver Rape Relief, was post-op

Wasn’t she a rape victim herself?

I have been following this for some time now.
I thought it was obvious this was a WBW organization.
Under the circumstances I don’t even think a Post-Op especially one who is out or known belongs in that organization.
If this was the publicly funded rape clinic down the street and around the corner a Post-Op could fit in and should be welcome.

True, but why is that of ANY relevance?

        • Kathleen

it highlights to bigots that her needs and life challenges are the same as theirs in this area.

Ah, Sorry… I forgot that my penis magically protects me from penetrative rape.

who said anything about your nether regions and whether that meant you could be raped? please don’t ascribe words to me that don’t exist outside of your head.

Why on earth are you in favour of banning women from women’s space?

Sorry but your tautology falls apart on this one.

It is two separate issues.  The Vancouver Rape project was clearly labeled WbW for those womaning the phones and as  counselors.  The legal action went on for years and essentially ruined the project at the expense of rape victims.  Kimberly being post op is not actually relevant unless you are a surgery nazi which I am often accused of being but am not.  I have met far too many post op transvestites to ever fall for that line of reasoning.

Regarding public facilities, she absolutely should be able to use woman’s facilities.

The rule of thumb should be let the Radfems who want to exclude women of history have their space, unless your own womanhood requires validation, this should be a no brainer since the opposition has spawned a hundredfold more of what was a dying breed than just letting them be would have.  The other principle is also simple, if you go to woman only space as anything other than just a regular woman, you do not belong there and should not be surprised to have your transie-gendered ass tossed.  You want to be a gender outlaw, you pay the price.
