In what way did Radcliffe generalize or stereotype transsexuals? He simply stated a height as an example. If you say 5′ Asian man or 6’5″ African-American, is that being racist or stereotypical? It’s easy to turn those numbers around and have a tall Asian and short African-American. It’s just a statement. Not everyone is tall. Not everyone is short. From what I’ve seen though, transsexuals are generally tall. Yes this is a generality, but more often than not, they are not very short. A generality CAN lead to a stereotype, but it doesn’t always. It could just lead to a statement of fact. Asian people are short, this is fact. Then again, other western races are taller than them. Neither is stereotypical, just a statement of fact and observation. Look at Yao Ming. His height is above average for the west and northern cultures but he doesn’t make an exception to the fact that most Chinese men are short. I feel you’re arguing for the sake of arguing every time someone doesn’t act how YOU personally think they should.

Whats the problem with people, transsexuals are no differnt then someone who had a histeririctomy or a nose job. Who the fuck says we should seperate them from male and females and create a sub-class away from the elite. Fuck tradition Fuck everything that seperates someone from their own identity. I don't think this society we live in is good enough for transsexuals because we automatically seperate them just like we did with African Americans and handycaps so on
