The Exterminationism Twins – and their trans apologists who apparently think they’re cute enough to never be read whilst entering a women’s restroom - want the world to believe that there would be no panty-check police and no potential for the involvement of the criminal law should someone who we (or, more appropriately, someone who *they*) deem to be a man nevertheless enters a women’s restroom for no other reason than to pee/poop.

To be fare your analogy is exculpatory on both ends, it lacks the proof of actual wrong doing.  Its really a choice of the lessor evils.

Its wrong and illegal for a CD/TV to be assaulted in the men’s room–it’s still a man in the men’s room!   It’s much worse not to mention illegal for a sexual predator to assault a women in the ladies room by gaining access by using the ruse of TV/CD(full time TG). 

Pure BS reasoning, “outlawing crossdressers in the women’s room is going to stop a criminal who is guilty of committing crimes already?”   It’s already illegal for a man to assult another man for dressing  en femme in the men’s room. 

The question you should be asking is: What do the trans-exterminationists – both batches – consider to be a “CD/TV” man?

I presume that you see a difference between a “CD/TV man” and a post-transition transsexual woman.  They do not; for them there is no difference between Georgina Beyer and the in-drag Rudy Giuliani.
